Diary of a Confused Mom (in Morocco): November 10th 2017

Upon reflection, I think every mother needs the 'Room of Requirement' from Hogwarts. 

It can be a safe haven when you're wanting to make a call while the kids are around or a place to tune out and recover after chaos like every morning getting the kids ready, fed and out of the house to the bus.

Of course it can also be a spa and I can think of so many other uses but all seem to center around a peaceful place to escape :)

I've been hearing more and more about Z's 'daughter' and I'm starting to think that she's basically his imaginary friend through which he lives out his aspirations and expresses his fears.

She seems to do things that he knows are forbidden and apparently while she was putting on her sock yesterday she pulled it up so high it went up to cover her head!

Something tells me this daughter is going to play a very important role in our lives.
